Navigating your body journey
One of the most impactful transformations I've had in my life is rewriting the relationship I have with my body. It has paved the way for so many other beautiful breakthroughs and changes in my life.
For years I soothed my discontent with life and suppressed emotions with food. After graduating college and moving across country lines from Canada to Houston I gained 60 pounds in 2 short years. Food and my relationship with my body was all I could think about, it was my obsession. I didn't realize at the time, but this focus just kept me from looking at the bigger things I was unhappy with like the job I hated. It wasn't until I got my body relationship sorted that I was able to focus on the other areas of my life that needed attention.
I am creating a journal designed to help you navigate your relationship with your body. It has prompts specifically designed to help you cultivate a relationship with your body that is intentional and on your terms. It will have activities you can play with to pave a new way of viewing yourself and your body.
For the people who are called to go even deeper into the work, there will be a course to accompany the journal too!
